"Checking the Lines"

A fisherman is sitting on a crate, while he overhauls the trap lines. He is looking for worn areas or bad spots that might need to be replaced.

I was commissioned to make a simple fishing scene that would be typical in our area. I came up with this concept and the customer seemed quite pleased with it.
