A fisherman handlining for cod fish, catches a big one.


"A Little Faster, if you can stand it, old son!"


This scene is roughly based on pictures I found online, showing fishermen in trawl dories transferring the fish to the sailing ship.
The guy coiling the trawl into the tub is getting after the guy hauling in the trawl line to go a little faster.
There is a small high flyer behind the boat. That and the oars are made from wood to reduce the risk of breaking. Twine is used to represent the lines.The trawl tub, water jug, and wood bailer are in ceramic.
